No sales maze and no hidden starting prices. Here are the things most businesses want to know before deciding whether the service is a good fit.
How much does a website cost?
The Starter tier is $595, the Business tier is $995, and Expanded tier projects start at $1,495. The exact scope is confirmed before work begins. A 50% deposit starts the project, with the remaining 50% due after your review and approval and before the site goes live.
Will the site recommend which tier fits?
Yes. The Start Your Website flow suggests a website tier based on the size and needs of the project. The recommendation is only a starting point, and a different tier can still be selected in the full questionnaire.
What happens after I submit Start Your Website?
First, Mason reviews the quick-fit answers and questionnaire. Then the recommended scope, price, timeline, and any missing information are clarified. Submitting the intake is not a commitment and does not require payment. If you decide to move forward, a 50% deposit starts the build.
Is the questionnaire a commitment?
No. It is a planning tool used to understand the project and determine the right next step. There is no payment and no obligation when it is submitted.
What does Website Care include?
Website Care is $49/month and includes monitoring, backups, technical maintenance, deployment support, and about 30 minutes of minor content changes per month. Larger changes are quoted separately at $75/hour with your approval.
Is Website Care required?
No. Website Care is recommended for businesses that want the site kept handled after launch, but it is optional. The Business tier includes 2 months and the Expanded tier includes 4 months before paid care begins.
What about my domain and hosting?
Your domain should remain in your ownership whenever possible. Domain registration or renewal is billed at cost, typically around $12/year. Standard website hosting is included with the build.
Who will I actually work with?
You work directly with Mason Hinz. There is no sales team and no handoff to an account manager. Planning, design, development, launch, and ongoing care stay with the same person.
Do you only work with Kansas businesses?
No. The business is Kansas based and works locally, but website design and support are available for clients anywhere.
