Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using masonhinz.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Website information
This website provides general information about Mason Hinz Web Design & Digital Solutions, available services, example pricing, and ways to make contact. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the information accurate and current, but website content may be changed, corrected, or updated at any time.
Pricing, estimates, and client services
Prices and service descriptions shown on this website are general starting points unless specifically stated otherwise. Final scope, pricing, payment terms, timelines, deliverables, ownership rights, maintenance obligations, and other project terms will be set out in a separate proposal, estimate, contract, invoice, or written agreement.
Submitting a contact form, Project Questionnaire, email, or estimate request does not by itself create a client relationship or require either party to proceed with a project.
Any recurring Website Care charge begins only when it is included in a signed/accepted project agreement or otherwise expressly authorized. An included Website Care period does not by itself create an automatic paid renewal.

You may use this website for lawful informational and business purposes. You may not intentionally interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse forms or automated systems, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that disrupts normal operation, or use the site for unlawful or abusive activity.
